Requirement for UI / UX Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Manager, Engineers and other stakeholders to create intuitive and delightful experiences
  • Design user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces for cross-device experiences
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are built accurately to spec
  • Research and benchmark latest UX/UI designs and standard practices across mobile and web

  • Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
  • Experience in creating wireframes, visual mockups graphics, and user workflows

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graphic Design, or related field
  • 1-4 years’ experience in product, interaction or information design, and mobile app design.
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
  • Strong knowledge of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript & jQuery.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

  • Industry UI/UX Certification/Training is a big plus.
