Pushparasu is the chief financial officer at Pepgra. He has more than 16 years of experience in various facets of auditing and finance. He oversees tax compliance, costing, forecasting and budgeting and liaises with public and private authorities. Pushparasu ensures smooth financial operations and ensures compliance to corporate tax. His team ensures disclosure, audits and reports are conducted every month.

He is responsible for creating opportunities through business financing options. He plays a key role in major deal negotiations. Pushparasu ensures transparency in auditing—monthly, quarterly and yearly. His team ensures adherence to standards of professional accounting in a changing regulatory environment; maintains integrity, ethics and investor faith.

He is well-versed in statutory laws, taxes, compliance, financial markets, investments, valuations, banking, and regulations. Pushparasu works closely with the CEO and CMO on all tactical and strategic affairs. He is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
